Main purpose of this blog is to share my analysis and views on various provisions of corporate and securities laws with focus on the Companies Act, 2013 and corporate secretarial practice. I will also try to share various formats of resolutions, registers, agreements etc., as much as possible.
Apart what mentioned above, I would like to write reviews of management books I have read and liked. And try to decode latest news and events which impact the economy and country.
